Practitioner Training
Mentorship for practitioners who want to work the way we work.
The problem with how sports medicine is taught
Physical therapists, athletic trainers and strength coaches are usually trained in separate rooms and then asked to share an athlete. The result is three plans that do not talk to each other, and an athlete who keeps getting hurt in the same place.
Pro Body training exists to close that gap. You learn to assess tissue the way a manual therapist does, load it the way a strength coach does, and hand it off the way a good clinician does.
How training works
A consultation call
We start with a conversation about the athletes you work with and where things keep breaking down. No cost, no pitch.
Live sessions over video
Working demonstrations you can follow along with, built around real cases rather than a fixed curriculum.
Hands-on, in person
There is a point past which video stops working. Come and put your hands on tissue with us.
What you'll be able to do
- Trace a pain complaint back to its actual source
- Identify and release scar tissue that is limiting range
- Decide when to load, when to release, and when to rest
- Write a self-treatment plan an athlete will actually follow
Start with a call
Every training relationship starts the same way — a conversation with Justina about what you are seeing in your athletes.
