About Pro Body Sports
Fifteen years of asking a better question than “where does it hurt?”
Most people find us after everything else
Almost everyone who walks through our door is already injured, already frustrated, and already tried the obvious things. They have the imaging. They have done the protocol. The pain came back anyway.
That is usually because the treatment addressed the site of the pain rather than the reason for it. Scar tissue accumulates over a lifetime of ordinary impact, and if nobody addresses it, it quietly limits how you move until something gives.
Pro Body Sports exists to find that, fix it, and then teach you how to keep it fixed.
Justina Hopkins
Justina has spent more than fifteen years working on soft tissue with athletes ranging from high school through college, professional and Olympic level. The through-line in that work has been structure: what the tissue is actually doing, and what it is preventing the athlete from doing.
Increasingly her focus has moved from treating to teaching — running workshops and mentoring practitioners so the approach reaches more athletes than one pair of hands ever could.
What we believe
The whole body is the patient. Insurance often limits a therapist to the injured site. That constraint is not clinical reality — a problem in one place is usually caused somewhere else.
Ego costs athletes their careers. Physical therapy, athletic training and strength coaching work best in the same room. We teach the handoff.
The goal is not to need us. If an athlete leaves without knowing how to maintain the work themselves, we did half the job.
